Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma required and up to 5 years of related experience or training.
• Associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer issues and provide timely, quality solutions.
• Communicate delivery, quality, or pricing issues to suppliers promptly.
• Process orders from service and installation teams and reconcile purchase orders.
• Maintain and update purchase orders and adhere to PO policies and procedures.
• Assist with orders for other departments (sheet metal, controls, HVAC, refurbishing, installation).
• Review invoices for purchased commodities with Accounts Payable.
