Hussmann, a leading global provider of commercial refrigeration solutions, seeks a Parts Procurement Clerk in Powder Springs, GA. You will support purchasing, maintain purchase orders, and reconcile orders with strong attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma with 0–5 years' related experience or training; associate degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act with urgency to identify customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Promptly convey delivery, quality, or pricing problems to suppliers for resolution.
• Process orders from service and installation teams.
• Create, maintain, and reconcile purchase orders.
• Adhere to PO policies and procedures.
• Place orders for other departments and support inventory, pricing, and warranty processes.
• Review invoices for purchased items with Accounts Payable.
