Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Parts Department by acting as the voice of the customer and liaison between the Hussmann parts team and factory to satisfy requests and resolve issues. You will manage warranty order communications, monitor order changes and shipments, process invoicing, and use the Parts Oracle System to capture customer data and monitor orders.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 0–2 years in customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 0–2 years customer service experience
• Flexible to work outside normal hours and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Outbound communications with customers regarding Warranty orders and relay customer requirements to internal teams.
• Document, report findings and feedback to leadership on customer follow-up; identify problems/trends and present resolutions.
• Monitor, expedite and follow up on order changes, specialty and delayed shipment items.
• Process invoicing and credit requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Use Parts Oracle System to capture customer information, generate proposals and monitor order processing.
• Communicate delivery issues to customers to ensure accurate transaction completion.
• Work with Parts Representatives to monitor the order process for shipment.
• Maintain integrity of customer and transaction data; sustain Warranty Parts data quality.
• Monitor and maintain processes/workload related to Freight Claims and Returns.
• Be the voice of the customer and hold the team accountable for best-in-class products and service.
