Job summary

SPI is seeking a customer-focused parts clerk to serve as the main contact at our Arlington branch. You will support order processing, identify part numbers, and assist customers with equipment needs.

The role includes inventory counts, coordinating with vendors, and backing up shipping/receiving duties to keep parts flowing smoothly. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while closely

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a parts/warehousing environment.
• Good communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Basic math and data-entry accuracy for stock management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product information and order support.
• Identify part numbers using catalogs and vendor resources.
• Assist customers in selecting correct equipment and processing orders.
• Conduct inventory counts and verify shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Coordinate with vendors on receipts, packing slips, and order adjustments.
• Back up shipping/receiving staff and ensure organized storage.
