Job summary

NAPA is looking for a Parts Professional to provide prompt and courteous service to customers in-store, on the phone, or at the dealer’s shop. You will look up parts in catalogs or the POS system, process orders with accuracy, and assist customers with technical questions to meet their needs.

You will be knowledgeable about products, warranties, and store policies, serving as a resource for other team members while maintaining professional behavior and appearance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Able to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone, at the counter, or in the dealer’s shop with courtesy and efficiency.
• Look up parts applications in catalogs or the POS system to find the correct match.
• Process orders for customers with accuracy and speed.
• Advise customers on parts options and answer highly technical questions.
