Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret business, technical, and regulatory materials.
• Valid driver’s license required and must meet company insurability standards.
• ASE certification and Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers and prospect for new accounts.
• Process parts orders and ensure internal teams are informed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track warranties.
• Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with Service and Truck Sales departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles, and track warranties and credits.
• Attend training seminars as required and act as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
• Maintain your vehicle, ensuring it is safe and well‑maintained, and report maintenance needs.
• Contribute at least 15% of sales from your territory monthly and help manage deliveries.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a professional appearance.
• Adhere to and promote all health and safety policies.

Position at a glance

Location: Pennsville, NJ or Clarksburg, NJ

Position Type: Full‑Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (travel required across county and state lines)

What You’ll Do

• Obtain Parts Manager approval for special pricing or unique customer requests.
• Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with Service and Truck Sales departments.

What You Bring

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of related experience. Basic computer skills are required.

Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret business, technical, and regulatory materials; write reports and correspondence; effectively present information to managers, clients, and customers.

Certifications & Licenses: Valid driver’s license required and must meet company insurability standards. ASE certification and Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist certification preferred.

Physical Requirements: Frequent walking and standing; occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
