The role involves supervising shuttle drivers and warehouse staff, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with Branch Management, IT, and Salesforce to optimize performance. Strong coaching, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with advanced computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web-based parts systems to deliver accurate, timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
• Supervisory experience or aptitude
• The ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer satisfaction skills
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, DBSi, Anteres, CID Web, OTV, and other web-based parts applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule shuttle drivers and warehouse staff
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Interact with Branch Management, Inventory Control, Information Technology, and Salesforce
• Monitor inventory levels and accuracy
• Elevate customer loyalty and departmental engagement
• Maintain safe equipment operation and working environment
• Provide training, guidance and discipline per policy
• Use metrics to improve Parts performance and customer experience
• Maintain backorder reports, stock transfers and other parts-related documentation
