Job summary

Cleveland Brothers CAT is seeking a Parts Warehouse Supervisor at our Pennsylvania location. Lead shuttle drivers and warehouse staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with Branch Management, Inventory Control, IT, and Salesforce to optimize parts operations.

You will monitor inventory levels, drive process improvements, train staff, and use established metrics to elevate customer experience and maintain top dealer performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
• Experience supervising or coordinating warehouse staff.
• Strong coaching/mentoring abilities and leadership.
• Excellent presentation and customer satisfaction skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse-related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule shuttle drivers and warehouse staff.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Interact with Branch Management, Inventory Control, IT, and Salesforce.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain service quality.
• Record training, guidance and discipline to ensure policy adherence.
• Utilize metrics to improve Parts performance and loyalty.
