Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of parts experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage customer requests with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local parts team to deliver excellent service.
• Meet KPIs for efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Handle disciplinary issues and performance reviews as needed.
