Job summary

Equipment Depot Inc. is seeking a working supervisor to coordinate the local parts operation and lead the parts support team.

You will ensure smooth daily activities and a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Collaborating with the Parts Manager and Operations Manager, you will develop short- and long-term goals, monitor KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction, and reinforce our “One Equipment Depot” standards across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 2+ years in parts or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and locations.

POSITION SUMMARYCoordinates the day-to-day parts business at the local level (parts support team will report directly to this individual). Is very involved with the day-to-day parts business as a working supervisor. Ensures that his/her team provides a hassle-free experience for our customers (including our service department). Focuses on one consistent Equipment Depot way of doing business by implementing and adhering to company-wide processes and procedures.
