You will ensure smooth daily activities and a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Collaborating with the Parts Manager and Operations Manager, you will develop short- and long-term goals, monitor KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction, and reinforce our “One Equipment Depot” standards across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 2+ years in parts or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day parts operations at the local level.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the parts team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and timely responses.
• Address disciplinary issues when needed.
