Reputable Recruiting, LLC is seeking an Aftermarket Product Manager to lead end-to-end strategy for commodity parts within our aftermarket portfolio. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure high-quality components are available across the lifecycle of customers' equipment.

The role emphasizes market analysis, pricing strategy, inventory forecasting, and sales enablement through technical documents and training.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Product Management, Category Management, or Technical Sales within industrial/automotive/aerospace aftermarket.
• Strong understanding of Gross Margin, lifecycle pricing, and inventory turnover metrics.
• Ability to read schematics or technical drawings and communicate with engineers.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems (MS Dynamics, PowerBI, MS Office) and advanced Excel for data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute multi-year roadmaps for specific commodities within the parts category, including new product introductions and phase-out strategies.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking and lost sales analysis to identify gaps.
• Pricing & Profitability: Manage price positioning and collaborate on dynamic pricing strategies.
• Inventory & Forecasting: Coordinate with dealer network, demand planning, and supply chain for optimal stocking and minimize excess inventory.
• Sales Enablement: Create technical documentation, digital catalogs, and training materials for sales teams and distributors.
• Customer Insights: Engage with field sales, dealer staff, and end users to identify pain points and opportunities to expand the parts offering.
