Job summary

Utility Keystone Trailer Sales, Inc. is seeking a results-driven leader to manage the Manheim Parts Department’s daily warehouse and operations, ensuring efficient picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role supports sales and customer service while mentoring staff and maintaining safety standards.

You will step in when the Parts Manager is unavailable, guiding decisions during high-volume periods and fostering a team-first culture across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of related parts, warehouse, operations, or sales experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, staging, shipping, receiving, returns, deliveries, organization and safety.
• Coach and hold the operations team accountable while building a strong, team-first culture.
• Lead the department and make routine operating decisions when the Parts Manager is unavailable.
• Work hands-on during high-volume periods and remove barriers affecting throughput and customer service.
• Oversee parts vehicles, equipment, delivery drivers, routes, and urgent deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, storage, cycle counts, returns, stock movement, and loss prevention.
• Build knowledge of purchasing, orders, quotes, invoicing, warranty, returns, counter sales, and department procedures.
• Support customer needs, quotes, counter sales, follow-up, and sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, sales staff, and UKTS departments.
• Use technology to improve accuracy, throughput, customer service, and profit.
• Train team members, develop future leaders, and prepare for greater responsibility.
• Reinforce company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
