• Manage hiring and build a capable parts team.
• Ensure the special orders policy functions properly.
• Monitor parts returns to prevent obsolescence and loss of inventory.
• Enforce safety protocols including forklift training and GHS documentation.
• Ensure department security and payroll records are accurate.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues.
