Responsibilities

• Oversee all parts department duties including sales, inventory, marketing, training, and goal attainment.
• Forecast and maintain inventory levels; manage stock orders and returns.
• Develop yearly sales, revenue, and efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement parts promotional activities.
• Monitor monthly parts sales and conduct annual physical inventory.
• Recruit, train, and direct parts personnel with the Parts Division Manager.
• Hold regular meetings with the Parts Division Manager and Operations Manager.
