Redline Equipment seeks a Parts Sales Manager to lead the dealership Parts Department across locations. You will supervise staff, drive performance, manage inventories, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate parts availability.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least five years in parts purchasing/distribution for heavy equipment, and proven team leadership. You will align with company policies, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to budget

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Five years of purchasing/distribution experience with heavy equipment parts.
• Proven experience leading a team and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to use desktop or laptop computer and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Parts Department staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Align and implement company policies, SOPs, bulletins and campaigns.
• Manage parts inventories, programs and returns for vendors.
• Oversee inventory turns, stock levels, and freight for vendors.
• Plan, direct, and control activities related to the Parts department.
• Work to meet budgeted expenses and performance targets.
• Develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues promptly per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate supplies.
