Redline Equipment is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to direct and lead the Parts Department across our Midwest dealerships. You will supervise staff, manage inventories, and build vendor relationships to support growth and efficiency.

In this role you will develop personnel, align with company policies, and implement campaigns to improve sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and budget targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Five years of purchasing/distribution experience with heavy equipment parts, including responsibility for pricing and discounting.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Proficient in desktop/laptop computing including Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Parts Department staff to develop and sustain high performance and morale aligned with our mission and values.
• Align and implement company policies, SOPs, bulletins and campaigns.
• Manage parts inventories, programs and returns for assigned vendors.
• Oversee inventory management, turns, daily stock, fill control and freight for vendors.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control activities related to the parts department.
• Manage department to meet budgeted expenses and performance targets.
• Create and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues promptly per company guidelines.
• Analyze market demand to ensure material availability now and in the future.
• Prepare, issue and review purchase orders with approved vendors.
• Ensure vendor invoices are accurate including price, freight, and surcharges.
• Adhere to parts purchasing strategy on all orders and programs.
• Keep parts warehouse, showroom and public areas clean, neat and organized.
• Maintain inventory including stock levels, obsolescence and adjustments.
• Plan cycle counts and year-end inventory procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain adequate supplies and inventories.
• Reconcile cash drawer and time records within the department.
