Job summary

UE Manufacturing is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Oklahoma City to ensure timely and accurate movement of parts to support production. You will work with Production Schedulers and Shop Leads, emphasizing safety, efficient material handling, and ERP accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reporting via Oracle ERP. Safety compliance, forklift operation, and teamwork are essential in this on-site role in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree or certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
Experience in material handling or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety and follow protocols during material handling and forklift operations.
Coordinate movement of parts/materials to/from designated locations (production lines, storage, inventory zones).
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
Use ERP systems to track inventory, update locations, process transactions, and generate reports.
Support production by anticipating material needs and communicating with schedulers.
