Job summary

UE Manufacturing is hiring a Parts Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK to ensure timely and accurate movement of parts to support production. The role involves close collaboration with Production Schedulers and Shop Leads, emphasizing safety, efficient material handling, forklift operation, and ERP-driven inventory management.

Responsibilities include coordinating part movement, operating forklifts, and updating ERP records to reflect part locations and transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or certification in logistics preferred.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or parts coordination in manufacturing.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Oracle (or similar SAP/JD Edwards).
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and adhere to safety protocols during material handling and forklift operations.
• Coordinate movement of parts and materials to production lines, storage areas, and inventory zones.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Utilize ERP systems to track inventory, update part locations, and generate reports on material flow.
• Support production by anticipating material requirements and communicating urgent needs.
