A leading HVAC company in Oklahoma City is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material availability. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is essential. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in warehousing within the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to wear all required PPE.
• Able to stand, sit, bend and twist for 10 hours a day.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies or errors and make corrections.
• Ensure sufficient stock to meet operational needs.
• Communicate with purchasing, production, and other departments.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status and operational results.
