Job summary

UE Manufacturing is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Oklahoma City to ensure the timely movement of parts and materials. You will work with Production Schedulers and Shop Leads, emphasizing safety, forklift operation, and ERP usage (Oracle) to meet production needs.

Responsibilities include prioritizing safety, coordinating parts flow, operating forklifts, using Oracle to track inventory and update locations, performing cycle counts, and collaborating with teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or cert in logistics preferred.
• Proven material handling or warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred (or similar SAP/JD Edwards).
• Strong safety awareness and OSHA-related knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety protocols during material handling and forklift operations.
• Coordinate movement of parts to and from lines, storage, and inventory zones.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely to transport parts as needed.
• Use Oracle ERP to track inventory, update locations, and generate reports.
• Support production by anticipating material needs and addressing shortages.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations in ERP records.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize material availability and minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts inventory or delivery schedules.
