You will lead a team, monitor levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Warehouse to maintain efficient material flow and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control, coordination, or logistics.
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Strong inventory management and material flow knowledge.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily activities of the Parts Coordination team.
• Ensure parts, materials, and components are received, staged, and delivered to production areas on schedule.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent production delays.
• Verify incoming and outgoing parts for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to ensure effective material flow.
• Review work orders, production schedules, and part requirements to prioritize daily activities.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material-related issues.
• Train and mentor team members on inventory procedures, safety requirements, and company processes.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
