Job summary

DCD Automotive/Nucar is seeking an experienced, high-energy Parts Manager to lead our team at Nucar Nissan of Keene. You will oversee a high-volume parts operation with a focus on profitability and customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in automotive parts, 1–3 years of dealership supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.
• 1 to 3 years of dealership supervisory/management experience.
• Proven success operating in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills paired with an analytical mindset.
• Previous automotive sales experience is highly helpful.

Responsibilities

• Forecast financial goals and departmental objectives, implementing driven strategies to consistently meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize parts department profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory turns, minimize obsolescence, and rigorously control daily departmental operations.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers to drive repeat and referral business.
