Job summary

Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our team. This customer-facing role requires strong communication and a dedication to excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves assisting customers with identifying and ordering parts, handling inventory tasks, and coordinating with the service department to manage backorders. A positive attitude and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous parts experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills for parts lookup and order entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customers.
• Assist customers in identifying and ordering automotive parts.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service department regarding backorders and delays.
• Perform regular inventory tasks, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts.
• Check in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs).
