Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years automotive parts-related experience.
• 1-3 years Dealership Supervisory/Management Experience.
• High energy, personable with strong customer relations skills.

• Detail-oriented and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department.
• Monitors and controls the performance of the department.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
