Job summary

Nucar Nissan of Keene is seeking an experienced, high-energy Parts Manager to lead our high-volume parts operation. You will oversee a team within a dealer group known for fast growth, focusing on retail and wholesale parts, budget oversight, and customer relations.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in automotive parts, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and strong leadership and analytical skills. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.
• 1–3 years of Dealership Supervisory/Management experience.
• Experience in high-volume dealership environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
• Previous automotive sales experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Forecast financial goals and departmental objectives, implementing driven strategies to consistently meet them.
• Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Budgetary Control: Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize parts department profitability and efficiency.
• Operational Performance: Oversee inventory turns, minimize obsolescence, and rigorously control daily departmental operations.
• Customer Relations: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers to drive repeat and referral business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.
• Leadership: 1 to 3 years of Dealership Supervisory/Management experience.
• Volume Mastery: Proven success operating within a high-volume dealership environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills paired with an analytical mindset.
• Preferences: Previous automotive sales experience is highly helpful.
