Job summary

Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our team. This customer-facing role requires strong communication skills and a dedication to excellent service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will assist customers in identifying and ordering parts, support the service department with backorders, and perform regular inventory tasks while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Prior parts experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous parts experience a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills for parts lookup and order entry.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customers
• Assist customers in accurately identifying and ordering automotive parts
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service department regarding backorders and delays
• Perform regular inventory tasks, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts
• Check in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs)
