Job summary

Nucar Ford of Lebanon seeks an experienced Parts Manager to lead our fast-paced parts department in Lebanon, NH. You will drive inventory, pricing, vendor relations, and customer service to deliver top-tier automotive support.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in automotive parts and 1–3 years in dealership supervision, with a proven track record of achieving department goals. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department.
• Monitors and controls the performance of the department.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with strong customer relations skills! This is an excellent opportunity for those with previous automotive experience to further their careers with one of the area's fastest growing Dealer Groups! Must have experience working in high volume stores! Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. Must possess detail-oriented and analytical skills. Sales experience is helpful. Minimum 5 years automotive parts-related experience and 1-3 years Dealership Supervisory/Management Experience.
