Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Red Lion is seeking a driven parts professional to lead the parts department for both retail and wholesale customers. You will manage inventory, supervise counter staff, and drive departmental goals while supporting Ciocca Automotive Family values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred but will train the right candidate.
• 2 years of automotive parts sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the parts department, retail and wholesale customers.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and handle stock order procedures.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
