Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking an energetic and motivated parts professional to join our growing team. As a Full-Time team member, you will support the Parts Manager, manage inventory, and coordinate with service to keep parts stocked for repairs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in automotive parts or related sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within Ciocca Automotive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Manager with all duties.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
