Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Red Lion is seeking an energetic and highly motivated parts professional to lead the department, serving both retail and wholesale customers. The role includes overseeing inventory, tracking expenses, and driving department performance through staff training and process improvement.

You will forecast goals, hire and mentor staff, ensure proper stocking, and maintain stable inventory aligned with defined area requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position
• 2 years of automotive parts sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead the parts department, retail and wholesale customers.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and handle stock order procedures.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the parts department, retail and wholesale customers.
