Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking an energetic, motivated parts professional to join our growing team. In this role you’ll support the Parts Manager, manage inventory, and help ensure timely availability of parts for repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in automotive parts management.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Manager with all duties.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
