Ciocca Ford of Red Lion is seeking a motivated parts professional to lead our growing parts department. You will oversee inventory, train counter staff, and drive both retail and wholesale results.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive parts management and 2 years in parts sales, plus a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Enjoy competitive pay, full-time hours, and strong company benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive parts management experience preferred.
• 2 years of automotive parts sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead the parts department, serving both retail and wholesale customers.
• Manage parts inventory and track department expenses.
• Train and supervise parts counter staff to meet goals and processes.
• Forecast department goals and monitor progress toward targets.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate parts staff performance.
• Ensure incoming inventory is stocked in the correct locations.
• Maintain a stabilized inventory aligned with defined areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the parts department, retail and wholesale customers.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and handle stock order procedures.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred but will train the right candidate
• 2 years of automotive parts sales experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
