Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Red Lion is seeking an energetic parts professional to join our team. The role focuses on leading the parts department, serving retail and wholesale customers, and driving department performance.

You will train and supervise parts counter staff while managing inventory, expenses and stock procedures to meet company goals. A focus on customer service and team leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in automotive parts management preferred but will train the right candidate.
• 2 years of automotive parts sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the parts department, retail and wholesale customers.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and handle stock order procedures.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
