Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking a energetic parts professional to join our growing team. In this role you’ll support the Parts Manager, manage inventory, and work with the Service Department to keep repairs moving smoothly.

You’ll train and supervise parts counter staff, handle customer inquiries, and stay current on warranty and return procedures. We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for career growth within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive parts management experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Manager with daily duties.
• Manage parts inventory and track expenses.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to ensure parts are in stock or ordered in time for repairs.
• Train and supervise parts counter staff to meet goals.
• Resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
• Stay up to date on warranty, policy, and return procedures.
