Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Red Lion is seeking an energetic sales professional to join our dynamic team. You will influence customer decisions, mentor peers, and drive the dealership’s success with a draw plus percentage pay plan.

We offer full-time hours (including Saturdays), PTO, a 401(k) match, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to train others.
• Quality customer service, strong communication, computer and basic math skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on closing deals and mentor staff to improve performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to meet quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs.
• Perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.

• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
