Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Michigan seeks an experienced Parts Manager to lead a multi-brand dealership’s parts operation. You will train staff, manage inventory for 6–8 turns per year, and ensure high service levels for warranty and customer orders.

Responsibilities include implementing policies, processing returns, engaging customers, and coordinating with Lithia Home Offices to drive revenue. Strong leadership and brand experience across VW, Audi, Porsche and BMW are preferred.

• Manage inventory to achieve 6–8 turns per year and monitor MIS reports.
• Hold regular staff meetings and liaise with Lithia Home Offices.
