Job summary

Heiser Ford in Milwaukee seeks an experienced Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department, drive operational excellence, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver outstanding customer service while building a cohesive, high-performing team. You’ll oversee pricing, scheduling, payroll, and expenses, partner with Service and Sales, recruit and coach staff, and ensure profitability.

A Wisconsin driver’s license and prior automotive dealership parts management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts management experience strongly preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and parts department operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
