Job summary

Heiser Ford in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and drive operational excellence. You will oversee inventory accuracy, profitability, and customer service while building a strong, engaged team.

You will lead all parts department operations, set pricing strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate closely with Service and Sales teams to support dealership objectives.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive parts management experience strongly preferred.
  • Automotive dealership experience required.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all parts department operations.

Are you an experienced automotive parts professional ready to lead a high-performing team? Heiser Ford is seeking a Parts Manager who can drive operational excellence, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service while building a strong and engaged team.

What You’ll Do

As Parts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dealership's Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations, strong profitability, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all parts department operations
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize obsolescence
  • Develop and achieve departmental sales and profitability goals
  • Partner with Service and Sales departments to support dealership operations
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members

What We're Looking For
