Meador CDJR, a Lithia & Driveway dealership, is seeking a highly experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department at our Fort Worth, TX location and drive profitability. You will manage inventory, oversee wholesale and retail parts, and develop a high-performing team.

Applicants should have a strong Stellantis/Mopar background and a proven track record of improving department margins while collaborating with Fixed Operations leadership to support service operations.

Qualifications

• Current or former Automotive Parts Manager.
• Heavy Stellantis/Mopar background REQUIRED.
• Deep understanding of Stellantis parts inventory management, obsolescence control, and manufacturer programs.
• Proven track record of increasing departmental profit and performance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and hold a team accountable.
• Experience collaborating with Fixed Operations leadership to maximize departmental success.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
