Ewald Automotive Group is seeking a driven Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department, overseeing daily operations, inventory management, and profitability. You will drive sales growth while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, experience in parts management, and a customer-focused mindset. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a multi-brand dealership group in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager in a new car dealership preferred.
• Experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and parts sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturer co-op advertising and return allowance programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead the parts team to achieve department goals.
• Maintain a balanced inventory to meet service, body shop, wholesale, and retail needs.
• Set pricing strategies that ensure profitability and customer loyalty.
• Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence and maximize turnover.
• Develop and manage wholesale parts programs and sales promotions.
• Ensure timely turnaround for internal jobs and special orders.
• Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and accurate processing of orders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve concerns promptly.
