Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department across our Milwaukee-area locations. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, set pricing, and drive service, body shop, wholesale, and retail parts sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have prior Parts Manager experience in a new car dealership, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager in a new car dealership preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and parts sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead the parts team to achieve department goals
• Maintain a balanced inventory to meet the needs of service, body shop, wholesale, and retail customers
• Set pricing strategies that ensure profitability and customer loyalty
• Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence and maximize turnover
• Develop and manage wholesale parts programs and sales promotions
• Ensure timely turnaround for internal jobs and special orders
• Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and accurate processing of orders
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For:
