Job summary

Jeremy Hodge Auto Group in Ardmore, OK is seeking an experienced Parts Department Manager to lead and optimize operations. The role requires at least five years of experience running a parts department, with responsibility for budgeting, reporting, and staff development.

You will ensure accurate daily invoicing, monitor gross sales, and maintain inventory integrity while upholding high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience running an efficient parts department is required.
• Prior budgeting and reporting responsibilities are expected.
• On-the-job training for staff will be provided by the incumbent.

• Reconcile parts/warranty return reports

• Compile and analyze monthly management reports
• Maintain tight control over parts inventory
• Ensure the quality of customer service provided by parts department
• Coordinate parts marketing
• Calculate and submit monthly obsolescence reports
• Hold weekly department meetings
• Attend weekly manager meetings
