Job summary

Aerotek in Kaukauna, WI is seeking a Parts Specialist to manage the parts room, handle purchasing, maintain inventory, and distribute tools and replacement parts for industrial maintenance teams.

You will receive incoming parts, issue parts to maintenance technicians, adjust stock based on schedules, work with Purchasing to order spare parts, and track parts availability in computer systems while performing basic tooling maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant parts, inventory, or other relevant experience.
• Mechanical experience preferred (previous mechanic, maintenance, assembly, or other mechanical experience).
• Comfortable using computer systems.
• Comfortable using various tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and ensure all ordered parts are accounted for.
• Issuing parts to maintenance technicians and tracking parts usage.
• Adjusting current stock and inventory levels based on maintenance schedules and machinery repairs.
• Work with purchasing departments and order spare parts and necessary materials.
• Utilized computers systems to track parts, inventory, and parts availability.
• Complete and perform basic maintenance on tooling.
