Responsibilities include managing stock levels, updating records in ERP/FSMS, and maintaining organized storage areas while upholding safety standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and authorization for company use.
• Strong sourcing and vendor management fundamentals.
• Proficiency with ERP/FSMS platforms and related systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company or personal vehicle for approved business purposes.
• Source and procure parts in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure availability and delivery accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and replenishment processes.
• Monitor stock levels and address shortages or delays.
• Support technicians by ensuring required parts are available.
• Assist customers and internal staff with parts inquiries.
• Maintain purchasing, inventory, and operations records in systems.
• Ensure compliance with processes and documentation standards.
• Keep storage areas safe and organized.
