Lucid Motors is seeking a Parts Advisor (back counter) to oversee parts operations in the service center, ensuring high customer satisfaction while maximizing ROI through inventory management.

The role involves managing inventory, ordering parts, processing transfers, and providing accurate estimates to customers and internal fleet teams. Requires 2–5 years in a similar role and forklift certification readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience as a Service Parts Advisor or similar role.
• Proficiency in parts catalog search for repairs.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Full-time availability including weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage parts inventory and optimize operations.
• Maintain a perpetual and annual inventory control system.
• Order inventory and special-order parts for repairs.
• Receive parts orders and stock them efficiently.
• Manage parts transfers between Lucid Service locations when needed.
• Generate parts estimates for customers or internal fleets.
• Stay updated on part revisions and refresh inventory accordingly.
