Job summary

Siddons-Martin Emergency Group is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage the parts room, verify and label inventory, and perform data entry in our inventory system.

The role requires good organizational skills, MS Office familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be prepared to maintain accurate records, support technicians, and ensure secure, orderly storage of parts on site.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must have computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Must have financially sound judgement to handle and transport valuable parts.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Secure parts room; ensure parts room is locked at all times.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data entered into inventory software program.
• Pull and issue requested parts from inventory to Technicians.
• Maintain list of parts to order for repairs and submit to Assistant Manager.
• Log inventory shipments/receipts in inventory software program.
• Label parts with correct part numbers and organize shelves clearly.
• Conduct cycle counts bi-monthly per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts room and understand part identification.
• Other duties as assigned.
