Qualifications

• Experience in parts, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter information into inventory or business management systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to work with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store incoming parts and materials.
• Organize and maintain parts inventory in designated locations.
• Issue parts to production and other departments with accurate records.
• Enter and maintain inventory data in the system.
• Monitor levels and assist with reorder needs.
• Assist with purchasing docs, transfers, and other inventory-related documentation.
• Work with warehouse, production, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe parts department.
• Operate forklifts and equipment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
