Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, automotive, or parts preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication with technicians, vendors, and management.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and audits.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts shipments.
• Organize and label parts for easy retrieval.
• Issue parts to technicians and record usage.
• Monitor stock levels and notify when reordering is needed.
• Track back-orders, returns, and warranty parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts room.
• Update inventory records in the software system.
• Assist with vendor communication, pricing updates, and purchase orders.
• Prepare parts for outgoing shipments.
• Support other departments with parts inquiries.
