A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership will grow into a skilled parts specialist. The successful candidate will handle receiving, stocking, sourcing parts, and coordinating with technicians to ensure parts availability for repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
• Comfort with computer-based inventory and ordering systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Light to moderate lifting required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock parts for rental fleet and customer equipment.
• Source parts using catalogs, part numbers, and inventories.
• Maintain accurate counts and bin locations.
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims.
• Prepare reports and forms related to orders and inventory.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure parts on hand for repairs.
• Ensure the department is clean, safe, and organized.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve order issues.
• Provide professional interaction with customers and suppliers.
• Uphold safety practices and standards.
